Yogurt, Buttermilk, and Sour Cream

All of our products are made with 100% Jersey milk. Our whole milk yogurt is made with pasteurized, non-homogenized milk, which results in a layer of rich cream rising to the top of the container. We currently sell our yogurt in 24oz. containers and it comes in Plain, Vanilla, Strawberry, and Blueberry. Our yogurt is made with natural ingredients and does not include any preservatives.

Like your yogurt, our whole milk buttermilk is made with pasteurized, non-homogenized milk with no preservatives. We currently sell our buttermilk in 20lb bags.

Sour Cream is the newest product we offer as a joint label with Kilgus Farmstead. We have been working with Kilgus’ to supply us with some of the ingredients for our sour cream. Our sour cream is made with pasteurized non-homogenized milk and cream which creates a very flavorful, rich product. Since our sour cream is “cup-set” it will produce CO2 creating a “puffed up” foil. This CO2 is a natural preservative and gives our sour cream a great shelf life.
